The range of fillers and packers from BMH Chronos Richardson is now supported by automatic bag placers, valve sealers and palletisers. These enable BMH to automate the valve bagging process from feed bin to pallet out loading station.

The recently introduced Chrono-Place VBP bag placers, for example, have been developed for applications where reliable operation is required onto single, duplex or triple filling spouts. The range operates at outputs of up to 900 bags per hour and is suitable for retrofitting onto a variety of existing valve fillers.

Another recent arrival is an on spout ultrasonic closing unit for certain applications. It is suitable for use with both multi-ply paper and plastic bags fitted with external thermal sealable valves.

The Chrono-Pal compact palletiser, meanwhile, produces consistently formed pallets for the safe warehousing and distribution of bagged products.
