Full compliance with Lock's new Panel PC

Published: 1-Sep-2003

Lock Inspection Systems is showing its 21CFR Part 11 panel PC for the first time. The latest of several new features for the MET 30+ pharmaceutical metal detector, the software enables pharmaceutical companies to comply fully with the FDA regulation.

Developed in accordance with GMP guidelines, the bespoke Windows-based software allows pharmaceutical companies to implement all security access controls, user ID, audit trails, electronic records and signatures; and in the event of contamination batches can be fully traced and accounted for. A panel PC incorporating the software replaces the detector's user interface, so product set-ups, tests and diagnostics are run from the machine itself.
