Manifold gives easy connection

Parker Hannifin has launched a manifold design for the new generation of Rosemount coplanar process transmitters. The manifold offers factory-fitted compression tube ends to give a "connectionless" interface that requires no tape or sealant, according to the company.

3051 coplanar transmitters are considerably smaller and lighter than conventional process instruments, but feature a new style of sensor interface.

This demands either a flange to adapt the instrument to conventional manifolds or a new manifold. Parker's new CP range of coplanar-compatible manifolds provides this direct connection.
