Adents offers Pharma Suite to track products across the supply chain
Also addresses issues of parallel markets and counterfeit products
To respond to the increasing obligation for traceability in the pharmaceutical industry, French software specialist Adents Pharma offers its Pharma Suite solution which identifies and affiliates each product. It also addresses the increasingly important issues of parallel markets and counterfeit pharmaceutical and medical products.
In addition to Adents Pharma, the package also includes Adents Pilot, which manages affiliations, drives the printing of unit codes and controls their conformity; Adents Supervisor, which centralises data and manages and distributes the different types of serialised codes; and Adents Exchange, which is the gateway used to transmit serialisation data.
The company says its software adapts to existing systems and equipment to optimise productivity and minimise costs. It is totally independent of hardware, MES and ERP suppliers.
In addition, the company offers solutions for all upcoming regulatory changes, including the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA), which comes into force in January 2015.
