C&M Scientific acquires scientific equipment specialist, Radison Services

Through this acquisition, the service arm of the Scientific Laboratory Supplies Group will expand its reach across the UK and Ireland

C&M Scientific has acquired scientific equipment specialist, Radison Services Limited. 

Radison, who specialises in the installation, calibration, validation, repair and maintenance of scientific equipment, operates primarily in the South of England.

Through this acquisition, C&M will boost its service offering and reach within the UK and Ireland, ensuring the ongoing performance of its client's laboratory equipment. 

Under the terms of the agreement, Radison and C&M Scientific will merge to create a unified brand in terms of marketing and business operations. 

All the staff currently working for Radison will also be kept on. 

Radison Services customers will now benefit from C&M Scientific’s accreditations, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO/IEC 17025 certifications. Additionally, C&M Scientific operates in full compliance with MHRA, FDA, and GMP standards.
