As the newest addition to its line of flow measuring instruments and displays, Titan Enterprises is releasing the second generation Pulsite Link pulse and analogue converter.

With the help of the Pulsite Link, users may convert common pulse output flow metres, such as Titan’s precision turbine flowmeters and positive displacement flowmeters, to scaled and linearised analogue and NPN/PNP outputs.

Senior Development Engineer with Titan Enterprises Neil Hannay said: “As part of Titan’s product portfolio development, once a new product has been out on the market for a time, we are able to gather data that facilitates our understanding about what the priority is for the customer, as well as identify potential improvements to product performance.”

First launched in August 2022, Titan’s R&D team have incorporated a number of revisions to the Pulsite Link Mark 2, building on both the software performance and physical design of the flow measurement instrument.

Titan’s proprietary Interface Software, in addition to allowing the user to configure and test the system via USB and a computer, now has greater capacity for data-logging, ideal for laboratory tests and applications. Increased inputs for calibration data can be entered in order to linearise the flowmeter signal for superior accuracy.

The pulse and analogue converter has been redesigned to enable the USB stick to be inserted into the unit without needing to disassemble it. This allows for real-time monitoring and data-logging via a Windows PC.

The Pulsite Link is an ideal instrument to connect to customer devices for increased accuracy on mechanical flow devices, data monitoring, test rigs and control systems.
